KLCI and Future-31/12/09

Year end profit taking as funds locked in their profits. The KLCI is still in bullish territory with MACD still above mid-point. Supported with trendline and averages though stoc is in overbought territory. Future is also in positive territory though stoc is in overbought dipping downwards. Long term is still likely to be bull biased.
